In 32 tumor tissues, hypermethylation of ZNF667-AS1 was associated with moderate/poor pathological differentiation. Comparing the tumor tissues with normal tissues of LSCC, the rate of hypermethylation was significantly higher in tumor tissues in all of the three regions of CpG island
