GAS5 represses while miR-135b promotes HCC cell invasion in vitro. (a) Huh-7 and HepG2 cells were infected by lentivirus (LV) expressing GAS5 or miR-135b. 72h later, the expressions of GAS5 or miR-135b were detected by qRT-PCR. (b) Cell invasion assay was performed to investigate the invasion ability of GAS5 or miR-135b overexpression using stable cells as described in (a). (c) Huh-7 and HepG2 cells were transfected with GAS5 siRNAs or miR-135b inhibitor. 72h later, the expressions of GAS5 or miR-135b were detected by qRT-PCR. (d) Cell invasion assay was performed to investigate the invasion ability of GAS5 or miR-135b knockdown using transfected cells as described in (c). Data represent the mean±SD from three independent experiments. : P<0.05, ∗∗: P<0.01, and ∗∗∗: P<0.001. Scale bar: 50μm.
