Ocular tissue distribution of pazopanib in SD rats after intravitreal injection of drug dispersion or drug loaded peptide nanotubes. Nanotubes could sustain the release of pazopanib in vivo for at least 15 days after intravitreal injection. Drug levels in different tissues were quantified using an LC–MS/MS method.
