A small cluster of DCX-immunostained neuroblasts (Cy3, red) was found in the rostral migratory stream (open arrow) of the SVZ in WT and TGF mice treated or not with a HCD. The surface area occupied by DCX-labelled cells in the corpus callosum (cc) was significantly larger in HCD-fed TGF mice concurrently treated with SV.
