MDNPs demonstrate specific binding to U937 cell line-differentiated M1 and M2 macrophages. 5 × 10⁵ cells were treated with 0–200 μg/mL mannose density on MDNPs (but maintained C6 concentration as 5 µg/mL in every treatment) for 3 h.
