Premixed administration: drugs and virus were mixed, incubated at 4°C for 1 h, and then added to the cell culture mixture. Simultaneous administration: Drugs and virus were mixed and immediately added to the cell culture. Therapeutic administration: drugs were added after infection by the virus to A549 cells.
