The FW is obliquely incident onto the ITO/PFO/Aluminum system at angle of 45°. The thicknesses of ITO/PFO/Aluminum are 50/100/100 nm, respectively. The FW has TM polarization with an electric field parallel to the incident plane (xz). a Polarization characteristics of the SHG at a wavelength of 420 nm, and the SHG spectra with the same polarization (TM) and cross-polarization states (TE, electric field along the y-axis) compared to that of the FW. It is found that the H-polarized SHG signal is much stronger than that with TE polarizations. b The SHG intensity as a relationship of the pumping power; the slope value of 1.88 indicates a second-order nonlinear optical process
