Four main steps of the modelling process. After the preparation of the specimens (cleansing and positioning), high resolution CT and MRI images were acquired, and the tissue was segmented on the images using a multistep semi-automatic procedure. Finally, a rotatable 3D model was created, with a possibility to inspect the inner structure of the specimen as well.
