The patient underwent a surgical attempt to reconstruct the continuity of the transverse aortic arch by interposing a polytetrafluoroethylene tube (*) between the ascending and descending aorta. At the time of pathological examination incisions were made in the right ventricle and ascending aorta. The latter incision is not closed by CAD. 3D virtual model accurately demonstrates segmental anatomy and the arterial structures.
