The percentage distribution of the control and CAK, CPK, SAK and SPK treated HT-29 cells after 24 h. The SAK and SPK extracts caused an outspoken increase in the percentage of cells that arrested in the S-phase of the cell cycle indicating a higher mean ± SD as compared to the CAK and CPK exposed cells. CPK extracts induced its highest percentage of cells in the S-phase at a concentration of 1000 μg/mL
