Incubation time was 4 h and the cells were irradiated with different light fluences of 2.1 J/cm² (B1), 4.1 J/cm² (B2), 8.3 J/cm² (B3) and 12.4 J/cm² (B4). B5 shows the influence of the incubation time (1, 2 and 4 h) on photocytotoxicity of hypericin nanoformulations with a final concentration of 250 nM hypericin and a radiation fluence of 8.3 J/cm².
