Interventions Arm 1: oral azithromycin 5 mg/kg x 1 for 14 days
Arm 2: oral amoxicillin‐clavulanic acid 22.5 mg/kg x 2 for 14 days
Arm 3: oral placebo for 14 days
Outcomes Adverse events including data on antimicrobial resistance
