Using intracellular cytokine/transcription factor staining and flow cytometry, the frequency of IL-17A+ CD4+ T cells (A, B), RORγt+ CD4+ T cells (C-D), and double-positive IL-17A+ RORγt+ CD4+ T cells (E, F) in the spleens (A, C, E) and mesenteric lymph nodes (B, D, F) of S. mansoni-infected C57BL/6 mice, was determined at 4, 6 and 8 weeks post infection.
