Notes: (AC) U2OS cells were treated with (A) flufenamic acid, (B) metformin, and (C1) avasimibe. AKR1C1 was detected by Western blotting (C2). Cell proliferation was measured by CCK8 assay when administrated with avasimibe. *P<0.05. (D) U2OS cells (1×106 per mouse) were injected subcutaneously into the right flanks of nude mice (n=5 for each group). Mice were given avasimibe or regular water by oral gavage for 21 days.
