FIG. 3. — Dendrogram showing only Borrelia burgdorferi s.s. and Borrelia lanei were detected within B. burgdorferi sensu lato in the present study. Reference Borrelia strains from GenBank are indicated by species (and strain where applicable). Isolates from the present study are represented by the tick species, in which they were detected (starting with TR#, red color). The dendrogram was constructed by minimum evolution method of MEGA 6 software with Borrelia relapsing fever group as outgroup. Numbers on the branches represent bootstrap support with 1000 bootstrap replicates.
