Actin is falsely colored in green and nuclei in magenta. (A) Nuclei are found close to the basolateral part of the RPE as expected and actin organization shows regular epithelial organization. (B) In ZIKV AF-infected RPE, actin was strongly disorganized and nuclei found in various planes (C) ZIKV AS-infected RPE showed a slight actin disorganization and nuclei were sometimes found mislocalized.
