The 2−ΔΔCT method was used to calculate the expression levels of our target gene and β-actin gene was taken as a reference gene. The line bar in every column indicates the standard errors of the four replicates and the asterisks show significant difference level between WT and other strains (* p ≤ 0.05, ** p ≤ 0.01 and *** p ≤ 0.001).
