Lissajous scanning patterns and theoretical trajectory depending on different scanning frequencies. Simulation was conducted using MATLAB R2017a and the source image had a 256 × 256 pixel resolution. Compared to resonance scanning, scanning at the selected frequencies of 5450 Hz and 6700 Hz provided a high fill factor with a high frame rate.
