Dose-response curves of SHP099, BKM120, GDC0941, BEZ235, KU63794, AZD628 or AZD6244 individually or in combination were determined in each cell line. Each cell line was seeded in 96-well plates for 24 hours and then exposed to 5 different doses of indicated inhibitors for another 72 hours. Cell viability was measured by CellTiter-Glo assays. The CI values were calculated using the median-effect equation described by the Chou-Talalay method. CI < 1 indicates synergism, CI = 1 indicates an additive effect, and CI > 1 indicates antagonism.
