Tetracenomycin X decreases the expression of cyclin D1 by the activation of p38 and c-JUN. (A) The A549 and H460 cells were treated with tetracenomycin X for the indicated times or treated with various concentrations of tetracenomycin X for 8 h. The expression levels of the proteins were determined using western blotting. (B) The viability of the A5459 and H460 cells was determined after a 4-h pre-treatment with SP600125 or SB203580 and an 8-h treatment with tetracenomycin X.
