KRT19 directly interacts with only β-catenin to regulate Wnt/Notch signaling pathway and control cancer properties in colorectal cancer (a). KRT19 directly binds to the β-catenin/RAC1 complex to regulate NUMB transcriptional activity, which is an upstream inhibitor of the Notch signaling pathway and negatively regulates breast cancer properties (b).
