The biotic stress pathway consisted of the genes that participated in abiotic stress, redox, signaling, transcription factors, heat shock proteins, Pathogenesis protein, hormone relative genes, as well as the genes implicated in cell wall and proteolysis. For metabolism pathway, genes involved in carbon fixation and metabolism, cell wall, lipids metabolism, major nutrition uptake, and metabolism, as well as second metabolism, were included.
