The photocurrent enhancement for the model of MNP array on Si substrate. The radius of MNPs was taken, $a=20,30,40,50,60$ nm and the array periods, $\mathsf{\Lambda }=3a,4a$. The listed results are obtained in the model using the semiconductor dielectric function measured in bulk [42] and the dielectric function of metal without the proper plasmon damping.
