All images have the same scale bar as shown in (A). Live bacteria were stained green. Dead bacteria were stained red. Composites without DMAHDM had primarily live bacteria. EBPM + 3DMAHDM + 3MPC had much less bacterial adhesion, and the biofilms consisted of primarily dead bacteria.
