2-D08 inhibits the replication of Zika virus (ZIKV) in U251 and Huh-7 cells. Dose-dependent reduction of ZIKV RNA load was observed at 24 h after ZIKV infection (1.00 MOI) in (a) U251 and (b) Huh-7 cells with 0–200 μM of 2-D08.
