Effect of DC-IL10 on the TGF-β/smad signaling pathway. DC-IL10 treatment significantly decreased the expression of TGF-β1, α-SMA, smad2, and smad3 and increased the smad7 expression than the model group and DC-mock treatment group (p < 0.05 for all). Data are normalized to GAPDH protein expression levels. Data represent mean ± SD of 8 mice in each group. GAPDH: glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase.
