Typical circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in the pulmonary vein (PV) were visualized using green fluorescent protein (GFP) expression. Blood specimens were incubated with oHSV1‐hTERT‐GFP and then stained with allophycocyanin‐labeled anti‐epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) antibody. From left to right, pictures were taken sequentially in white light, then using green (GFP) and red (EpCAM) fluorescence. The picture on the far right depicts the overlap of all fluorescence.
