Results stated that at 6 months, the incidence rate ratio (IRR) was significantly lower in the Tai Ji Quan group (IRR 0.43, 95% CI 0.31 to 0.56, P = 0.01), and multimodal exercise (IRR 0.60, 95% CI 0.45 to 0.80, P = 0.001), compared with the stretching group |
