TV was diluted 1:10 in radish sap from root, shoot, and leaf to an approximate titer of 1 × 106 PFU/ml. TV inoculated green onion sap was stored at room temperature for 14 days, and the survival of TV was determined at day 0,1, 3, 7, and 14 post inoculation by standard plaque assay. Each data point represents the average of three replicates ± standard deviation. ** denotes that values are significantly different (P < 0.01) compared to TV control.
