Sulforaphane (SFN) protects human trabecular meshwork cells (HTMCs) from H₂O₂-induced oxidative damage. HTMCs were treated with H₂O₂ (1 μM, 10 μM, 100 μM, and 200 μM) for 24 hours with or without pretreatment of SFN (10 μM, 20 μM, and 30 μM) for 6 hours.
