Effect of the inhibition of DDR1 kinase activity on BIK expression in adult and old collagen. MCF-7 (left panel) and ZR-75-1 (right panel) cells were seeded on plastic or in 3D type I collagen matrices for 6 days, with or without 100 nM of nilotinib.
