The IgG-binding protein is encoded in the 5′ end of the RhCMV genome. (A) Schematic overview of the 5′-end genomic region of RhCMV encompassing the RL11 gene family. All RL11 gene family members are highlighted in dark gray. Two deletion mutants, ΔRh01-Rh13.1 and ΔRh14-ΔRh29, that together span the entire RL11 gene family were constructed.
