(A) Results of immunohisto-chemistry (magnification, ×400) confirmed that, in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease model mice, the expression levels of SIRT1 and QKI 5 were downregulated, but were promoted by SRT1720. (B) Western blotting demonstrated that the expression levels of SIRT1 and QKI 5 were decreased in the model mice, and this was reversed by SRT1720.
