Effects of UNBS5162 on the phosphoinositide 3-kinase/AKT signalling pathway in SKOV3 cells. Expression levels of AKT, p-AKT, mTOR, p-mTOR, p70S6K, p-p70S6K and cyclin D1 were determined in the UNBS5162-treated and untreated SKOV3 cells using western blot analysis. The relative protein levels of p-AKT/total AKT, p-mTOR/total mTOR, p-p70S6K/total p70S6K and cyclin D1 were quantified. *P<0.05 vs. the NC group.
