Differentiation of LMO4 knockout UB/OC1 cells. Myosin Vila, a biomarker of hair cells, is detected in both the wild-type and knockout cells suggesting that the knockout of LMO4 does not alter the differentiation of UB/OC1 cells. Red staining indicates immunoreactivity to antimyosin Vila, green indicates actin staining with phalloidin, while blue indicates nuclear staining with DAPI.
