Viability of LMO4 knockout cells after cisplatin treatment. Cell counts indicate that cisplatin treatment decreases the viability of UB/OC1 cells. However, the number of viable cells was much lower in the LMO4 knockout cells relative to the control and wild-type cells. The results are expressed as mean ± standard deviation, n = 3.
