Comparison of the expression of receptors on decidual macrophages. Decidual macrophages (2 × 105) were cocultured with cytotrophoblast cells (2 × 105) treated with PBS or LPS (100 ng/ml) in a 0.4-μm membrane insert system for 24 h.
