On the right, each point corresponds to the median expression of heterozygous duplication carriers relative to the median expression of noncarriers for one gene in one tissue. To reduce noise in the expression ratio, gene/tissue pairs with median noncarrier RPKM<1 were excluded (891 gene/tissue pairs retained). Duplicate frequencies obtained from GTEx.
