(A,B) Transfection of miR-101 mimic increased the expression of miR-101 in G292 and U2OS cells. (C,D) CCK8 assays revealed that miR-101 significantly inhibited the cell viability. (E,F). Results of colony formation assays indicated that cell viability was depressed by miR-101. (G,H) Transwell assays showed that cell invasion was suppressed by miR-10 (*P<0.05, **P<0.01).
