RBSDV P10 is synthesized on ER membranes and forms ER membrane-associated granules. RBSDV P10 brings LsRACK1, and makes it located on ER membranes through protein–protein interaction. The altered LsRACK1 conformation leads to an impaired PKC activity in RBSDV-infected L. striatellus cells.
