The fractional coordinates are given within the second origin choice of the Fd-3m space group: Yb1 (0.5,0.5,0.5), Yb2 (0,0,0), Ti (0,0,0), O(1) (0.375,0.375,0.375), O(2) (x,0.125,0.125). The goodness of fit is described by the crystallographic R-factor and the weighted R-factor, R_W
