Each point represents an individual. The allele fraction (X axis) corresponds to the allele that is written first in each row, and is the dominant allele in most individuals. Asterisks indicate allele pairs with a statistically significant difference in the number of individuals with the same dominant allele. Statistical significance was determined with a binomial single sample sign test (see Methods, * indicates p value <0.05, ** indicates p value <0.01)
