Plot of the dose-dependent inhibition of indicated leukemia cell lines by HSD1169. Cultures were treated with a threefold dilution starting at 10 μM and incubated for 72 h. The percent proliferation was determined relative to the DMSO control for each compound and the data were fitted to a sigmoidal dose-response equation to obtain IC₅₀ values. Error bars represent standard error of the mean of three replicates.
