TF motif analysis performed in HOMER for ubiquitous, all gonad-specific, and H3K27ac+ gonad-specific NDRs in XX (white) and XY (grey) supporting cells at E10.5 (top two rows) and E13.5 (bottom two rows). The top five transcription factor motif families (sorted by p-value; p<e10) are represented, along with the members of that family that are expressed in the gonadal supporting cell lineage in the corresponding sex and stage (Nef et al., 2005, Jameson et al., 2012b).
