There is an elevated expression of HIF-1α, MDR1 and LAPTM4B in the metastatic, higher tumor stage and pre-treated groups compared to non-metastatic, lower tumor stage and treatment naïve groups. Representative data were presented as mean ± SEM of triplicate experiments. Statistical significance was measured by Fisher’s Exact test (*p < 0.05; **p ≤ 0.005; ***p < 0.001).
