To determine the transcription of hTERT and c-MYC genes RT-PCR was conducted with RPLP0 gene as an endogenous control. WPE downregulated the transcriptions of hTERT (a) and c-MYC (b) in a dose dependent manner. Values are represented as Mean±SE, P < 0.05 by one-way ANOVA.
