Growth factor analysis in SMC differentiation from DPSC clone A32. The A32 clone was induced following the SMC induction protocol for the indicated time (0 d, 5 d, 8 d, 11 d, and 14 d). The mRNA expressions of TGF-β1 (a), HGF (b), VEGF (c), PDGF-BB (d), bFGF (e), and EGF (f) were analysed with qPCR. Statistical analysis was performed by using one-way ANOVA.
