Representative scalp photographs at baseline (top row) with scalp tattoos that mimic individual hair follicles. After 4 months of treatment with tofacitinib 10 mg/day (second row), prominent pigmented hair growth is visible with persistent alopecia patches on the occipital scalp. At 8 months (third row), new patches of alopecia were noted on the left parietal scalp in areas of previous re-growth. At 9.5 months (bottom row), there was an expansion of alopecic patches on parietal and frontal scalp
