SETDB1 Reverses the Effects of miR-621 on Cell Radiosensitivity
HepG2 (A) and Smmc-7721 (B) cells transfected with miR-NC + vector control, miR-621 mimic + vector control, miR-NC + SETDB1 without 3′ UTR, or miR-621 mimic + SETDB1 without 3′ UTR were irradiated with a range of 2 Gy to 8 Gy IR doses. After 14 days, colonies were stained and scored for colony formation, and the SF was plotted as described in the Materials and Methods.
