The cell lysates were harvested for immunoblotting with the indicated antibodies. A30P α-synuclein suppressed the phosphorylation of JNK signaling pathway, while the phosphorylation of ERK and p38 was not inhibited. This inhibitory effect was rescued by anisomycin treatment d.
